White chalk on butcher paper. We had to draw white only where the light was hitting the objects.
This is one of my favorite drawings. I absolutely love working with shading and shadow. This was done from a plaster cast, which looked just as it does in my drawing (I didn't change anything or leave anything out in other words).
*More to come later, the uploads aren't working properly right now.*
I really enjoyed looking at your works. Just a wonderful sense of light and shadows like in these two.
as you dont know me you might be a bit confused but my name is dan and i would love nothing more than to be accepted into pratt to study in some field of design. My blog was a mandatory part of a design class i took but doesn't really represent all of my work. do you have any advice for someone interested in graphic design and pratt? Im a senior in highschool now.
This is my blog, which is linked to from my website (allegra-design.us). While it is the blog for my website, it's also a kind of personal journal of my experiences and journey along the way to becoming, hopefully, an industrial designer. If you're interested, feel free to subscribe to the RSS so you don't miss a thing! Click the link above to go to my homepage, where you can view my work and send me an email.
